All orders are processed within 3-4 business hours.
Shortly after placing an order on our store, you will receive an order confirmation email. Within the following 1-4 business days, you will receive a further email containing your tracking number.
*Note: Tracking number updates will only be available after order processing.
Tracking updates may not be entered in real-time compared to the actual movement of the package.
After we have processed your order, you will receive the tracking number, and your order will be delivered within 5-12 business days from the shipping departure date (worldwide).

If you need more information about the status of your shipment, contact the courier to which your order has been entrusted.
To ensure that your package is delivered correctly and that you receive it within the indicated times, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and/or requested information. We do not take responsibility for shipments lost or delivered incorrectly if the shipping information provided is not correct.
Orders with priority shipping are processed before all other orders, therefore generally processed 1-2 business days earlier than others.
*During periods of high demand (e.g., during sales, Easter, Christmas, etc...), delivery times may be slightly longer.
**Orders with multiple items may be delivered in separate packages.
